Discover in this poster presented by Rathna Veeramachaneni, Ph.D. at the American Society for Mass Spectrometry (ASMS) Conference in 2026 about the various developmental parameters to consider for fit-for-purpose validation of a novel multiplexed hybrid LC–MS/MS assay for the simultaneous quantitation of two abundant biomarkers in human heart tissue. Leveraging a single-sample, split-workflow approach that combines online and offline immunoprecipitation, the method enables efficient and robust biomarker analysis while reducing sample consumption. Successfully validated in human tissues and qualified across non-human primate and mouse matrices, the assay demonstrates the flexibility and translational potential required to support modern preclinical and clinical development programs. This work highlights our continued commitment to advancing innovative bioanalytical solutions for complex biomarker challenges.
