What is AlphaLISA?
AlphaLISA® (Amplified Luminescent Proximity Homogeneous Assay) is a bead-based, no-wash immunoassay technology designed for the sensitive detection and quantification of biomolecules in biological samples. Using donor and acceptor beads that generate a luminescent signal when brought into close proximity, AlphaLISA enables highly sensitive measurements across a broad dynamic range while consuming minimal sample volume. Its homogeneous workflow simplifies assay execution, reduces hands-on time, and supports high-throughput applications. AlphaLISA is widely used in drug discovery, biomarker research, cell signaling studies, and translational research.
