She earned her Professional Science Master’s degree from Kansas State University in 2020 and combines strong scientific expertise with proven leadership to develop and lead high-performing analytical teams. Her experience spans early discovery method development through regulated GLP bioanalytical assay validation, supporting pharmaceutical programs across multiple therapeutic modalities, including small molecules, mid-size modified peptides, oligonucleotides, and proteins/ADC’s. Rochelle brings extensive expertise in bioanalytical strategy, assay development, and regulatory compliance, with deep knowledge of current industry and regulatory expectations, including ICH M10 guidance for bioanalytical method validation and study sample analysis.
