LBA Process

  • Project Kick-Off & Study Design
    We define the study context, target analytes, assay format, and regulatory requirements to ensure the method aligns with your goals.
  • Reagent Assessment & Strategy Selection
    Capture and detection reagents, calibrators, and controls are evaluated, and the optimal LBA platform (ELISA, MSD, Luminex, Simoa) is chosen for sensitivity, specificity, and throughput.
  • Assay Development & Optimization
    Conditions are optimized for reagent concentrations, buffers, incubation times, and matrix effects, ensuring robust and reproducible results.
  • Regulated Validation or Non-regulated Fit-for-Purpose Analytical Assessment
    The assay is tested for accuracy, precision, sensitivity, selectivity, dilutional linearity, matrix effect, and stability (both long term and short term) to meet discovery, preclinical, or clinical study needs.
  • Sample Analysis & Quality Control
    Samples are analyzed alongside calibrators and controls, with in-run quality checks in the form of QCs to guarantee reliable, regulatory-ready data.
  • Data Review, Reporting & Sample Disposition
    Results undergo scientific review (QA review for regulated studies), reporting is provided, and then samples are returned, archived, or securely disposed of according to client instructions.
