KCAS Bio is proud to announce our participation in the 20th Annual Workshops on Recent Issues in Bioanalysis (WRIB), taking place from April 13th to April 17th, 2026, in Dallas, TX. As a leading event for the bioanalytical community, WRIB brings together global experts to share innovative solutions, discuss emerging trends, and tackle the pressing challenges in bioanalysis and related disciplines. Visit KCAS Bio at Booth #38 to engage with our experts and learn how we can move your projects forward.

KCAS Bio Scientific Poster at WRIB

Two KCAS Bio scientists will be presenting scientific posters highlighting key advancements in bioanalysis:

1. Ryan Darling, Associate Director of Mass Spectrometry Bioanalysis

Poster Title: Method Development and Validation of a Biomarker Analog by Hybrid LC-MS/MS with Two-Dimensional Chromatography in Human Matrices

Ryan will be presenting on how a validated hybrid immunoaffinity LC–MS/MS method using a surrogate peptide and 2D chromatography enables selective, sub-ng/mL quantitation of a KLK1 analog in human plasma, overcoming LBA limitations caused by near-identical endogenous KLK1. Poster P07. Ryan will be presenting on Thursday, April 16 – Day 3.

2. Taylor Dufield, Scientist I

Poster Title: Method Development and Validation for the Determination of Two Protein Biomarkers by Multiplexed Online and Offline Hybrid LC-MS/MS in Human Heart Tissue

Taylor’s poster presentation will discuss a fit-for-purpose multiplex LC–MS/MS workflow combining online and offline anti-peptide immunoprecipitation that enables sensitive, selective quantitation of protein biomarkers and binding partners from a single digested tissue sample across multiple species using a validated ICH M10-aligned approach. Poster P08. Taylor will be presenting on Thursday, April 16 – Day 3.
