KCAS Bio will be at the 18th EBF Open Symposium : “Tuning in to Tomorrow: Science in High Definition.”

Connecting with the Bioanalytical Community

Like every year, our team will be on site to reconnect with the with the bioanalytical community, exchange ideas, and discuss the latest developments in bioanalysis. We look forward to engaging with the community, understanding emerging needs, and exploring how we can help accelerate drug development projects.

Meet Our Team at Booth B25

Our team (Charisse Fernandez, Business Developer Director – Grégoire Tauveron, PhD, Business Developer Director – Jason Hannah, Marketing Director – Jeff Goddard, SVP, Corporate Development – Blandine Dumont, Scientist II, Principal Investigator – Christine Bain, PhD, Senior Scientific Advisor – and John Perkins, PhD, Senior Scientific Advisor) will be at booth B25, showcasing our full range of bioanalytical services, sharing insights from recent projects, and highlighting how our expertise can support the advancement of complex drug development programs.

Scientific contributions

We’ll also take part in the scientific program with several contributions:

  • John Perkins, PhD, will give a talk on November 19, during session 8 on The Importance of Considering Environmental Factors During LC-MS/MS Method Development of Biomarkers.”, the story of a complete revision of laboratory and analytical procedures to avoid ceramide contamination
  • Blandine Dumont will deliver a workshop on November 19 during WS 9: ADA for ASO and peptides on Developing an ADA Assay to a Therapeutic Peptide – One Size Does Not Fit All,” sharing the story of a challenging development of screening and confirmatory ADA assays in human serum for a 47–amino acid peptide drug candidate.
  • Christine Bain, PhD will present a poster titled When Ultrasensitive Is Not Sensitive Enough… – highlighting how the team leverages the ultra-high sensitivity of the NULISATM platform.

Exclusive Evening at La Pedrera – Casa Milà

On November 18, we’ll continue the scientific discussions at a private evening event for an evening at La Pedrera – Casa Milà where you can enjoy an exclusive night tour and experience a stunning videomapping show on Gaudí’s architecture. The evening concludes with cava and sweet delicacies, the perfect setting to connect with peers.

Our team looks forward to another inspiring edition of the EBF Open Symposium, reflecting our passion for innovation in bioanalysis and our dedication to advancing new therapies.
